If you can place a product into your shopping basket, then it is in stock and available for immediate dispatch from our Batemans Bay store. We work hard to keep our stock numbers up to date, but occasionally an order is placed at the same time as another online or non-online customer and an item may become unavailable. A member of the team will contact you as soon as possible if an item you ordered is out of stock.

We ship all orders that are complete (fully paid) by 4pm each weekday. So your order will be posted either the day you order (if before 3pm and you pay by credit card) or the next business day! Standard shipping will take 2-6 business days for delivery.
