Precautions

If you have any questions regarding use and correct fitting, please consult your doctor or nurse. Make sure that any bandages and/or drainage tubes underneath the bra are placed correctly to avoid pressure points and/or obstructed flow from the drainage tubes. The bra must be removed during radiotherapy, as it contains metal parts. If any unexpected discomfort, wound irritation or similar occurs, please consult your doctor or nurse.

To find the correct size of your bra, always measure yourself, while wearing an unpadded bra. Two measurements are important: The band size (below your breast) and the bust size.

RETURNS POLICY

Online Purchases We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return shipping address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Exceptions / non-returnable items Please ensure that any briefs or swim briefs have been tried on over your own underwear for hygiene reasons, and that you leave the tags on. All orders over $100 being delivered within Australia will be sent via FREE STANDARD DELIVERY! If your order total is below $100 a shipping charge of $10 (standard shipping) or $14 (express shipping) will be incurred. **Rubenesque Lingerie is located on NSW South Coast. Australia Post advise Express Post delivery of 1 business day for towns from Wollongong to the Victorian border. Most other capital cities are 1-2 days and regional areas 3-4 days** If you can place a product into your shopping basket, then it is in stock and available for immediate dispatch from our Batemans Bay store.
