RETURNS POLICY
Online Purchases We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at info@rubenesque.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return shipping address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Exceptions / non-returnable items Please ensure that any briefs or swim briefs have been tried on over your own underwear for hygiene reasons, and that you leave the tags on. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

All orders over $100 being delivered within Australia will be sent via FREE STANDARD DELIVERY! If your order total is below $100 a shipping charge of $10 (standard shipping) or $14 (express shipping) will be incurred. **Rubenesque Lingerie is located on NSW South Coast. Australia Post advise Express Post delivery of 1 business day for towns from Wollongong to the Victorian border. Most other capital cities are 1-2 days and regional areas 3-4 days** If you can place a product into your shopping basket, then it is in stock and available for immediate dispatch from our Batemans Bay store. We work hard to keep our stock numbers up to date, but occasionally an order is placed at the same time as another online or non-online customer and an item may become unavailable. A member of the team will contact you as soon as possible if an item you ordered is out of stock. We ship all orders that are complete (fully paid) by 4pm each weekday. So your order will be posted either the day you order (if before 3pm and you pay by credit card) or the next business day! Standard shipping will take 2-6 business days for delivery..
