Online Purchases We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. All orders over $100 being delivered within Australia will be sent via FREE STANDARD DELIVERY! If your order total is below $100 a shipping charge of $10 (standard shipping) or $14 (express shipping) will be incurred. **Rubenesque Lingerie is located on NSW South Coast. Australia Post advise Express Post delivery of 1 business day for towns from Wollongong to the Victorian border. Most other capital cities are 1-2 days and regional areas 3-4 days** If you can place a product into your shopping basket, then it is in stock and available for immediate dispatch from our Batemans Bay store.
